平安夜大餐

平安日訓到下晝, 出發去行工展會~跟住行左陣時代廣場, 返到屋企已經散晒~


休息左陣就焗雞雞~



出發前醃定隻雞:蒜蓉黑椒、香草、新鮮九層塔切碎、醬油、粟粉裡裡外外抹勻


230度焗十分鐘, 轉170焗20分鐘, 200度再焗十幾分鐘



配埋DADDY仔牛油炒雜豆~ ^^


仲有醃雞汁加糖埋個點雞汁好好味, 都係DADDY整架~ ^0^

    呢個好簡單咋~ 一早醃完就可以去街, 返黎焗大半個鐘就可以開餐~呢餐成12點先食:P
