例牌既老公, 老爺, 媽咪~舊同事vani同vincent(轉左工之後, 幾位十至十二月之星都冇整到…)鼠太, 六七月之星amy and 小刁, 仲有第一次收我蛋糕既潘太~

馬卡龍可算係今年既代表作, 我唸整左過千個

cupcake僅次於馬卡龍, 比起大蛋糕, 整cupcake既次數應該比較多

今次整戚風既次數比海綿蛋糕多, 好在尋晚既朱古力海綿蛋糕好成功~曲奇同以往一樣整得咁少…日本棉花蛋糕只係整過一日咁多

戚風即係雪芳蛋糕, 要加水/奶, 落發粉(唔落都可以), 菜油vs牛油(不過我整海綿都係用菜油)中空模(因為多水份中間好易唔熟) 分蛋vs全蛋法, 其實都好大分別, 海綿我會用全蛋(都有分蛋法海綿蛋糕)一個兜搞掂, 戚風就多好幾兜~
嘩!!! 戚風好似複雜好多喎.... 咁食落邊個軟熟d呀?

好唔同個喎, 戚風可以係超軟又彈彈地~美心都出過, 又似班蘭蛋糕咁
海綿就鬆軟囉~好似一般CREAM CAKE入面既蛋糕咁
