豉汁蒸豆腐+鮮茄伴鴨胸+佛手瓜炒豬肉
幾樣新嘗試, 呢排我會星期六/日/一買定D凍肉同瓜菜, 早一晚o係上格拎落下格, 煮o個時再唸下點配搭~
今次煮鴨胸, 天氣夏想食酸野, 配左我一向鍾意既番茄~落d茄汁, 2個番茄, 少少糖, 加埋之前煎鴨胸既汁煮個杰淋上2邊~
未見過佛手瓜拎黎炒…哈哈~切o個時好鬼硬下, 隻手又好似搽左膠水咁…首先將d瓜飛左水先~炒肉片, 兜埋d瓜~肉片醃好, 落左瓜都唔駛調味, 不過煮瓜既水就落左雞粉。
老公好質疑既新嘗試, 之前試過豉汁蒸魚幾好味, 就試下蒸豆腐。
