  3. 我唸呢個米粉都冇咩特別, 買d梅頭返黎切絲醃好炒至八成熟備用, 米粉浸軟, 或者煮到八成熟之後過冷河隔水, 韭菜切粒, 炒蛋,加韭菜, 加豬肉, 加米粉, 用筷子整散d米粉撈勻, 搞掂!
