話說12月開始驗倒妊娠糖尿, 之後飲食都唔同左好多, 我部麵包機亦因此復活~~
2010同2011年加埋可能都整唔倒2次…2012再用既時候發覺一開始焗就跳掣=.= 試左2次結果都一樣, 依家只有用佢黎搓同發~
天氣咁凍, 室溫真係唔知發到幾時, 好在佢呢個功能冇失靈~~:P
一個月都未夠已經整左好多條包~~全部都係我一個人食:P 早午有時晚餐都係食包~ 其實飯麵都可以食, 不過飯同米粉就要食少D, 因此我多數都係食包同通粉~~
差不多時間清毒胎又可以等阿B多D頭髮~ 於是買左樽芝麻粉~唔食得甜椰椰既芝麻糊, 於是整下D芝麻食品~除左芝麻包之外仲有將芝麻粉加入奶奶同豆漿度飲~都好香架~

呢款係用左營養師推介既無糖加鈣豆漿整既豆漿麥皮包~
食糖尿之後都冇乜食麥皮(之前幾年既早餐都係麥皮, 依家食包多~), 於是將D麥皮加入包包入面, 呢個包好香豆漿味呢~

呢款係我至愛既合桃紅莓包, 合桃補腦對BB都有益~^^ 不過唔知係咪加左紅莓乾, 血糖超標, (不過隔左陣再度又合格, 唔知係部機壞還是點…=.=)所以之後都唔敢再加紅莓乾喇…
