千層班戟蛋糕




終於做左千層蛋糕~~易到不得了~~一路煮飯一路整…廚房個飯仲炒緊, 一邊o係廳切呢個餅
夾層除左cream, 其中2層夾左果醬~yummy~~

食譜: (回憶篇)

 雞蛋2隻, 糖25g, 麵粉62g, 菜油/牛油14g, 奶170g(唔知有冇記錯)
蛋糖粉攪勻, 加油攪勻, 加奶攪勻就可以煎
熱鑊至出煙, 轉中/慢火煎, 煎至邊轉啡色就可以反
用竹簽挑起個邊反轉塊餅
整起幾塊之後攤凍, 打cream, 一層一層夾果醬/水果同cream~搞掂~



食完飯即晚KO!

    我一個月之前都整左, 因為吉吉島依家有得賣, 19/件, 120/個! 所以我自己整, 唔使$20蚊!
     
    [版主回覆06/23/2011 11:28:00]其實我唔係特別鍾意食, 當年金龍船買過都唔係特別好食, (當年好似12蚊件~)所以講左幾年都提唔起興致…見老公尋晚冇甜品食, 就的起心肝整~真係極簡單…屋企冇生果, 老公又唔鍾意蛋糕加生果, 加果醬酸酸甜甜又幾好味喎~
