用尋日整既酥皮整左芒果拿破崙, 不過D酥皮冇上次咁靚, 唔知點解好黏, 係咪D牛油切得太大撈唔埋呢?杠出黎冇
做法:參考《美味DIY》
酥皮取出擀薄後以小叉刺孔, 190'C焗脆備用;吉士醬以2湯匙吉士粉+1湯匙糖+175ml奶開勻叮約3分鐘備用;一層酥皮,一層吉士醬,一層芒果,再一層吉士醬,重覆一次,最後加上一層酥皮及裝飾即成。
