OATS

近來既主要食糧


一日兩至三餐, 五湯匙麥片加一杯奶(膠原蛋白奶粉)約26xkcal


左邊O個罐經已KO, 依家食緊右邊呢罐, 見倒made in USA就即管試下, 好平, 特價只係18個幾


中間O個罐細包裝已經食左幾包, 500g一包, 12個幾, 呢樽23個幾, 特價19.9時買唔倒…我最鍾意呢隻, 食落同左邊桂格差唔多


左邊呢罐要35個幾, 吉之島買


 


可能有人會覺得好慘, 其實我幾鍾意食, 同雜菜湯一樣, 好味之餘最好係唔駛煩食乜, 對於有選擇障礙既我黎講真係好方便~
仲唔駛好似雜菜湯咁要買咁多野又重返黎仲要切要煮~ 2, 3分鐘食得^皿^

    Oats is very healthy. Also, it's good for skin.

    really? I put black sesame, oats, sugar and water together, and cook them for breakfast sometimes.

    中間個款我加藩茄肉碎煮,效果好似意大利飯.
    我比 HB食,佢食唔出係麥皮,成功 "乙水" 到佢開始食第一口既麥皮.

  7. 我之前都試過KEEP住食.點知爆晒瘡,D人話oat係烘出黎,好熱氣!!所以就冇食lu~~不過未來奶奶佢地日日食都冇野!!佢買佳之選,話最好wor!!!
