尋日買左包夜香花,我都幾鍾意呢種菜~^0^ 依家滾湯學識落瑤柱蝦米~唔駛落雞粉喇~^0^ 好正~~~(煲湯或者滾湯我都鍾意用魚露代替鹽, 甜d架~^0^)呢煲湯我落左一磚豆腐最後+幾片醃好既梅頭瘦肉~(夜香花太早落…黃晒= =)
梅頭瘦肉半斤切片,逐片用肉鎚鎚鬆(深圳買左本教入廚基本功既書教咩豬肉都用鎚鎚一鎚先,好我又試下~)之後用生抽老抽糖略醃,之後再落麻油生粉醃。本來唸住學大蚊豉汁蒸,點知原來屋企冇豆豉=口="又冇麵豉醬…睇睇有咩醬,最終揀左佢~~整南乳蒸豬肉~
食評:好似落左鬆肉粉咁鬆@@個鎚買左好耐都係第一次用,下次試下豬扒先~之前用刀背剁豬扒反而搞到實晒…之後次次都唔敢買有骨豬扒(唔記得買開o個隻叫咩名…)
