Day33

真係肥左好多, 條腰就黎26…條25瘦身牛好緊=0= 尋日仲食咁多野, 今日要食返少D喇

早餐: 穀物片+奶

午餐: 茄菜腿麥治(唔飽…)+馬拉糕

食完晏出去半跑行左一圈(15分鐘)

下午茶:好大癮想食蛋卷,臨放工上樓上羅左盒6月買既蛋卷ko左一半

10點幾11點先食晚餐:煮左少少米線+青椒一個+餃子4隻

仲係冇mood做運動, 可能太眼訓, 本來想去睇牙/游水結果餸都冇買就返左屋企, 攤o係度睇香港先生。

    Hallelujah @YY Cake 早幾個月24都冇架T_T (不過25其實已經係我廿幾年黎最瘦(除左之後減肥最瘦O個陣) 既腰圍…最後試過著到一條31寸褲頭既褲緊架=口=

    現在我都keep住唔食咁多野~~夜晚個餐~~但有時忍唔到口~~~XD 不過我晚上個餐係冇食飯的~~~只係食雜菜同啊媽啲餸~~~ 所以呢几日都有微升的吹勢~~~~XD~~~都係好似你咁~~想食~~食慾太強了.
