日式咖哩雞飯


材料:薯仔3個、甘筍2條、雞中翼一磅、雞鎚一磅、雞扒一塊、洋蔥1-2個

做法:
1. 切件、略炒、加700-1000ml水煮熟,熄火加日式咖哩磚,煮至軟淋入味即可。

唔記得左講好今晚煮咖哩, lunch又走左去食咖哩XD 變左咖哩日XD

整左一大煲, 夠食多2餐~^0^ 不過倒瀉左飯= =

    你落左咁多料真係有排食囉 不過睇落好似唔夠汁咁既..我自己愛好多好多好多汁咁食....真係可以食幾碗飯呀!!

    銳, 仲打爛左另一隻碗… 不過d飯益左肥豬~ stweetcat, 我試過ok呀~試過2隻牌子都ok, 不過其實糖唔係好肥, 同麵粉一樣kcal
