第一批嫁女餅送出喇

今日阿媽約左幾位老人家飲茶, 將會帶埋我整既餅
尋晚食完飯十點幾開工, BF幫手印囍字同O係豆沙餡中間包蛋黃~^.^
第一次整咁多數量, 估唔到21個要整成3個鐘…焗都要半個鐘一爐…焗左2爐

入爐前

焗緊喇~
之前練習時試過合桃酥, 雞蛋糕, 白綾, 皮蛋酥
合桃酥有發粉味…雞蛋糕都係而且質感唔係好似, 白綾個餡好麻煩又難整, 皮蛋酥最好味不過買唔倒綠豆蓉要自己整太煩又唔擺得…所以揀左黃綾黃綾, 點知尋日又買唔倒蓮蓉喇…>< 今次得4個黃綾蓮蓉, 其餘黃色既係有蛋黃既豆沙餡, 紅綾就係豆沙餡。
其實我自己最鍾意食綠豆蓉, 最衰冇得賣…
不過唔係自己整過都唔知道D油多成咁…!!!'一個呢D綾酥由餡至皮都係十分油…^^"

    15g, 低粉70g, 糖漿15g, 水30g, 色素少許 酥油:
    低粉90g, 固體菜油55g 餡: 蓮蓉300g 做法: 油皮及酥油各自拌勻搓成柔軟麵糰分成8份, 將油皮麵糰按扁,
    包著酥油,
    用木棒碌長, 捲起, 轉90度擀薄, 左右向中間褶成3層, 按壓成酥皮, 包餡搓圓, 180度焗25-30分鐘。
