兔兔曲奇




老公ORDER兔兔曲奇食團年飯俾親戚食, 可惜焗好個餅之後, 只係夠時間裝飾5塊:P

我自己好鍾意啊~兔兔真係好可愛~

仲有9日就過年~要加緊印製袁生袁太第一年過年既利是封呢~

    我冇用蛋白粉架, 我用蛋白加糖霜
    1:5打杰, 怕生蛋可以攪勻之後叮45-60秒先打

  7. 明白啦!唔該曬!妳整得好平滑好靚,我自己買wilton即用果d一pat pat,所以好想試自己整icing~不過冇microwave所以唯有用蛋白粉,多謝妳!

    [版主回覆01/27/2011 09:28:00]1. 首先畫圖, 跟住雕刻膠刻個印, 2. cut紙貼個封, 3. 用膠水印台印上(1)的印章, 4. 灑上透明凸字粉, 凳走多餘既粉, 5. 再用熱風槍吹成立體~完成!

    你的兔兔曲奇好kawaii, 我都想試整Icing cooking, 請你指教一下, 如果要填滿全塊曲奇, 最低層的糖霜應該係要開傑D?還是薄D? 做完底層, 要等多耐才可以做眼耳口鼻? 希望可以整到好似你咁靚.

    就是見過你的Icing cookie咁靚, 搞到我心郁郁都去試做, 但是...我試做Icing 曲奇用的餅底一點味道也沒有呢, 能否send 餅底的食譜給我試做?

    另外, 餅底焗太熟又變色會唔靚, 但焗唔透又好快會變林, 好難呀...有沒有什麼密技教下我?
