西芹雙柳+蒸水蛋+芝士腸


尋日一放工就趕返黎收床褥~冇去街市買送,  好在有存貨



煎好腸先~係芝士心珍寶腸, 不過鹹左d, 專員就好鍾意



差d唔記得有西芹, 冰箱仲有雞柳同龍利柳, 醃好之後加d雞粉炒埋食得~冇落油, 落左水炒



2隻約50g既雞蛋+100ml水加少許雞粉開勻, 細火蒸, 隔一陣睇下佢, 唔知蒸左幾耐 ^^"

    你屋企都幾多存貨下喎. 我屋企只有雞扒同雞蛋.
    仲要雞扒 at least 要用 1小時解凍. 所以好少即興煮飯.
    你嘀魚柳一般可以 keep 幾耐呀?
