vanilla cupcake w/ rose buttercream


7月聚會都整過, 不過o個次跟足糖份之後再加玫瑰醬結果十分甜…


今次醒目喇, 牛油加左玫瑰醬先, 再加糖霜試味 ^^"

    早晨呀,呢啲buttercream食唔食得架,個糖同牛油個比例係幾多呀?

    上次朱古力就試過1:1都係甜左d, 今次就55g牛油+約2tsp玫瑰醬+14g糖霜, 好隨意, 自己試味^^
