天鵝泡芙


想整好耐~好耐之前整過條頸火農晒…尋晚終於再有機會試 ^^


天鵝造型:分2行o即個類似心形既底, 再用細嘴o即個2字做頸,焗起剪開心形上下, 再將上層左右開2, 中間o即cream拼埋就得。


泡芙做法:改自《烘焙寶典》
1. 植物油/牛油60g+130g水小火煮沸;篩入70g低粉,小火煮至面粉不黏即可離火,冷卻至約65'C,分3-4次將150G雞蛋(約2.5隻)加入面糊拌勻,拌勻,感覺麵糊愈來愈重,拌至拉起面糊時會慢慢滴下,並呈三角光滑狀即可。
2. 裝入o即袋o即在焗盤上,每個之間預留空位, 入爐前先噴水。200'C焗20-30分鐘即成。
3. 出爐後切開o即餡,表面篩上防潮糖霜即可。

    哇... 簡直難以置信... 好靚呀... 本來睇見個兔仔曲奇同心形夾餅, 幾乎令呢個唔會整嘢食既我有衝動想學下, 睇埋你其他作品同呢個小天鵝, 我投降啦~ 都係得閒黎睇下圖片算啦...  hahaha
