減肥日誌~20070918

晨運:今朝6點就出倒門口喇:p緩步跑35分鐘+放狗15分鐘

早餐:大蕉2隻+自製乾彈波多士+美心芝士粒糙米包

午餐:苦瓜鹹酸菜豬骨湯

下午茶:其實放工都唔餓,不過由於要出旺角買野,等車時食左d包(自製乾彈波多士+美心芝士粒糙米包)

晚餐:8點幾食左2個布冧

之後食左一件月餅皮小餅+小小大蕉

大蕉紅莓小muffin2個
