迷你酥皮奶黃月II


今次係跟小魚個譜整皮, 餡都係用返二記~同樣8個月餅, 糖霜重量一樣, 不過粉就多3Xg, 蛋多一倍, 牛油多10g

佢話呢個皮好食d, 我又試下先~

呢個唔駛上蛋漿焗, 不過我焗左10分鐘都係上左一次

而且250'c放上層用上火...我個上中下層好接近....上層都係中間咁上下....之後再轉200'c上下火焗到上色先出爐

成品高身d

食評:用返上次個餡,係皮既材料同焗既溫度同火喉唔同,上次好食好多><今次…失敗!

返焗之後好食好多~不過都係之前O個個好D, 隔夜都仲唔錯, 不過都係焗一焗好D
