又黎手工蛋卷



用返之前個譜, 不過今次全部材料一齊用電動打蛋器打勻, 條邊有少少蜂巢, 不過整體黎講都係平滑蛋卷…


今晚合力泡製蛋卷~

已經係第四盒喇~ 今次用好細好細火, 幾十秒煎一條~

唔火農得黎又脆 ^皿^

    係好大工程,而且好快食完,又做餐c嘅 不過你真係好鍾意整嘢食,所以無所謂啦

    連男友都話好耐冇食蛋糕XD之前就食到怕 :P

    我都有整過蛋卷...........起初卷好幾分鐘食仲脆口,但係唔知咩原因格多一陣就林晒喔! 有咩食譜係第二日食都脆口呢?thanks

  13. 我最近都買O左個蛋卷夾, 亦都試整過一次, 不過唔知點解個蛋卷卷好最初都好鬆脆, 但擺埋一邊繼續整其他..大概過O左廿分鐘左右, 睇返之前整好果 D 蛋卷...O..NO...軟哂O既 ????  點解會咁快軟O既 ??  唔知係材料問題?? 定係我處理蛋卷O既方法有錯呢 ??? 
    請問點樣先可以KEEP住 D 蛋卷脆卜卜呢??
