西芹帶子炒雞粒(附做法)+雜菜湯
急凍雞柳+帶子解凍, 雞柳西芹切粒, 雞粒及帶子以老抽, 生抽, 五香粉, 古月粉, 糖少許同醃, 最後加粟粉略醃。 西芹飛水備用。以少於一茶匙的橄欖油炒熟雞及帶子, 最後加入西芹同炒, 以粟粉水埋芡即成。
原本只有呢煲尋晚煲定分2晚飲既雜菜湯~ DADDY尋時入黎食飯加左樓上O個味送加左碗飯 ^^ 菜菜子仲未食晒~~仲有一大碗~ 咋外留左D菜同雞粒聽日lunch叮個粉麵食~
