日式咖哩雞+雞軟骨


學stweetcat用2種唔同辣度既咖哩磚溝埋, 不過又唔覺好味d :p


最尾收汁o個陣仲俾我煮火農左…T0T



我至愛既雞軟骨~ 細個食雞脾已經好鍾意食架喇~ 估唔到依家有得獨立買添呀!! 呢度O係度肉鋪買$6.X咋~ 洗乾淨之後唔駛煎煎佢, 加大量黑椒, 適量雞粉/鹽, 同香草~就食得架喇~ :D~~~~~ 下酒恩物呢~ ^.^ 我要左黎送可樂XD

    雞軟骨都係我o既飛佛,你下試o下用黑椒先爆,再加牛仔骨醬(包裝)兜炒至收汁,非常好味架,我全家都鐘意呢個煮法架。
