17小時柚子蜜朱古力吐司


今年第二次整包, 都係1小時, 但係點解樣衰到咁…唔通同我落多左酵母有關??
整中種時冇留意係鮮酵母, 冇除3就落…唔怪得咁朝見倒比上次大…= = 又係一個17小時烏龍包=0=

冇橙醬用左柚子蜜代替, 好柚子好好味, 不過CAKE DIY買既入燈朱古力釘溶既=0=

點解一大一細完全唔平均咁肉酸架=0=

    我從未做過中種包, 有什麼不同呢?
    [版主回覆04/16/2009 17:57:00]可能我做得唔好, 食譜用鮮酵母, 而我就用一包開左好耐既速發酵母…用1/3又好似太少驚發唔起…我覺得湯種好似好d ^^"除左17小時亦做過其他中種包, 不過都唔係做得咁好
