情人節之後, 事隔2個月再整馬卡龍, 整返上次唔記得加色既粉紅色:P 同埋用左上次原本想用既玫瑰花醬做餡 ^^
發覺依家同最初整馬卡龍好唔同, 跟亞B既譜只要將蛋白打到cream狀就ok, 不過唔知關唔關天氣潮濕事, 好似攤幾耐個面都唔乾, 不過都唔影響裙邊既形成。
玫瑰花醬係o係cake diy買既, 好好味啊~我自己就好鍾意, 不過專員依然覺得怪…意料中事:p 之前佢話玫瑰味沐浴露似油雞味呢XDDDD
