唔計上次九月之星冇落發粉跌左落黎既版本…不經不覺已經有3個月冇整過戚風~7月頭o個2個係最軟最彈既戚風, 成功左就會一排唔整:p 依家食厭左麵包, 又想食返清清地冇cream冇裝飾既蛋糕~
黎一個綠茶口味~
除左上次整俾cherub既小雲石版本同第一次整戚風既失敗之作之外, 今次係第一次整呢種口味~
用返平時既戚風譜改少少, 今次用左3隻蛋既份量, 第一次用呢個6寸直身戚風模~今次用之前用洗潔精洗得乾乾淨淨, 驚死好似上次個8寸咁跌落黎, 不過今次都冇再用樽倒扣喇~^^"
