Ugly Chocolate Cake


整完馬拉糕之後d人仲未黎(BBQ)於是又整下呢個想整幾日既純朱古力蛋糕~


上次跟左阿愛個譜, 可惜焗火農左, 今次跟Tony Wong既食譜, 用左一半份量, (1)黑朱+牛油隔水煮溶, (2)2隻蛋黃+糖+鹽打杰, (3)2隻蛋白+糖打企; (2)加入(1)拌勻, 再加(3), 170焗45分鐘(9寸) 我焗左27分鐘, 攤凍之後切開唔熟, 之後再焗多十幾分鐘中間都係軟既…上次都係咁…跟住雪硬左今朝先雪, 都係有少少軟心, 不過好好味~^.^~


入左4件成為今晚k聚既伴手禮 ^^

    不過人地個面好似唔係咁咁既...? 同埋好似冇腰…不過真係幾好味:P
