紅酒燴牛尾

一年總倒整返一兩次, 我既招牌菜~^0^ 不過一定要有壓力煲至掂…= = (淋到呢~~~我同專員一入口都"哇"左一聲~食到尾專員仲係咁o係d碎度搵肉碎XD)

買左新煲之後第一次試煲~^0^

DADDY仔最開心~^皿^

今次冇買茄膏, 次次都用唔晒... 用左幾個蕃茄同少少茄汁代替~牛油炒香洋蔥紅蘿蔔粒, 煎封牛尾, 加紅酒200ml, 再加洋蔥紅蘿蔔碎(下次可以切大少少冇咁肉酸…= =)再加調味, 壓力煲中大火炆50分鐘焗片刻, 食得~

    auntie ,  XD 次次都係咁講~舊年聖誕PARTY都整左, 不過冇壓力煲, 一係唔淋一係火農= = 今次都可以既, 不過我個煲係2人份XD
