    你就好啦...可以用火熗...我好想好想整cream brulee架..連杯仔都買埋, 但自從上次蒸嘢搞到差啲燒咗間屋後, 老公唔比我買火熗呢...

    我之前睇過一個日本cookbook, 話可以將砂糖灑在cream brulee面,然後用爐火燒熱金屬湯匙(記住用隔熱手套拿), 趁熱輕輕壓在砂糖上,湯匙凍之洗淨再重覆至完成為止,一樣可以整到酥脆糖面,不妨試試...
