綠茶戚風


終於整左想整成個星期既綠茶戚風, 用返同紅茶戚風差唔多既譜, 多左少少奶粉


入模已經冇紅茶咁滿, 焗完都係矮D實D… 好似實反彈得冇咁快

    下!原來都係咁肥架,我仲以為比較健康d添...原來好食既嘢都係等於肥的!!
    [版主回覆01/31/2008 21:35:00]其實麵粉1g同糖一樣有4kcal, 唔野少架~ 不過已經好過其他蛋糕, 尤其是牛油蛋糕, 1g油=9kcal!!!

    我都好鐘意整戚風,你可以試下綠茶杏仁或綠茶檸檬,我自己試過這兩種,綠茶杏仁幾特別,入口只有綠荼味,過左喉嚨就有杏仁味!杏仁粉我用沖杏仁霜的杏仁粉!份量唔係好記得,綠茶粉用左4-5個g因用剩咁少所,所以放埋落去,就整左個咁特別戚風,你個blog好好!你的紅豆椰子我都有試過自過但我用椰醬,令感同你一樣來自椰汁紅豆冰!
