小籠包

蒸前


整左d雞湯jelly, 但係都冇肉汁既…餡料又冇落鹽, 反而之前包餃子個餡落鹽仲爆汁呢…


唔知係咪蒸完攤凍晒先食d吸索晒呢?

    我覺得可能係D肉唔夠"肥",同埋打唔夠水... 當然攤凍晒先食都有關係吧!

    加D鹽會多D肉汁, 要打到點樣先夠水?
    但係加左雞湯JELLY照計舊肉點唔掂都有雞湯架~

    我遲少少post個譜
    其實個皮係中筋麵粉+冷水2:1
    餡係豬肉, 薑茸, 生抽老抽糖麻油生油紹酒
    好似包餃子咁, 不過包法唔同, 肉整中式麵包咁褶, 小籠包最少18褶, 不過我好似有d唔夠XD
