皮蛋酥

終於還左心願整左想整好耐, 次次買左皮蛋都冇整到既皮蛋酥喇 ^0^

咬得樣衰左D…^^"
食譜話包半隻皮蛋…自問冇可能包得埋…於是包左1/4:P
點解個皮D蛋漿會裂既呢?
入面包既係自製綠豆蓉
ok la ^^" 不過我鍾意同時整既蛋黃酥多d, 個油酥份量有d唔同, 而且冇咁薄
不過其實蛋黃酥個皮包既時候係乾左d, 反而效果仲好
