減肥日誌 20060719
早餐:蘋果、乳酪
午餐:奇異果兩個、牛丸粗麵、莧菜、鹽水雞一小件
下午茶:火龍果一小片、橙一個、嘉頓麥方包一片
晚餐:粟米一條、蒜茸蒸釀魚肉茄子
運動:急步行公園兩圈(約一小時十五分)
