早餐:蘋果、橙、奇異果、車厘茄
午餐:釀苦瓜菜湯、魚腸蒸蛋、通菜、油麥菜、冬瓜、雪菜火鴨絲燜米(@和暢之風)
下午茶:嘉頓麥方包一片
運動:放狗兩圈(約個多小時)
晚餐:蒜茸煮旺菜
