午餐+下午茶:嘉頓麥方包六片、涼粉一罐(很少糖水)
運動:溜狗兩大圈(約個多小時)
晚餐:蒸水蛋、雞絲通菜(蝦醬少許)
以下的美味雞翼是男友的晚餐~很吸引的說>3<
