牛奶哈司
第一次用新鮮酵母!
想整好耐, 買左本食譜都應該有成年…咁o岩買左包新鮮酵母有機會試下, 但係冇刀片始終差好遠…>< 好難介…又介唔得深…
同埋麵糰好濕, 唔知點解65%水都咁濕, 機搓之後都要勁加手粉
專員叫我買支cutter唔好用刀片太危險, 自問論盡都覺得刀片太危險…但係cutter夠唔夠利呢? 不過點都好過刀仔…= =
雖然個皮冇上次硬豬咁脆, 但係出爐都食到停唔倒口= =時間係晚上11點幾…之前食左個粽做晚餐…=0=
後記: 估唔到第二日食好食咁多呀~~!!!*0*
