牛油同糖要打起嫁唔係會唔鬆呢[版主回覆06/04/2009 00:55:00]我又驚打得太起會唔鬆 好似開頭整MUFFIN咁, 原來唔可以打太多, 拌勻就得 直至有次係咁2用打蛋器打幾野撈埋晒所有材料就焗又成功喎… 搞到我成日搞唔清楚幾時要打幾時唔可以打… 有冇咩準則方便記呢?
我見用好多發粉,我又得閒去攞無鋁泡打粉, 都係唔做住.應該係內部唔乾先好食 .[版主回覆06/04/2009 12:45:00]應該唔會好多, 因為一多就苦, 不過我都唔記得 呢本新食譜都幾多添加劑, 又蛋糕油, 麵包改良劑咁, 我都係第一次用改良劑咋
