椰撻


其實我以前唔食椰撻架, 不過大大下間中都會食下(可能一年都食唔倒一次)想整, 又唔係好大動力, 今次本新食譜有, 就試下啦~
冇叫塗蛋漿, 但我見焗完都冇咩色就上少少再焗多陣
我覺得個餡乾左d, 專員話係咁個喎, 不過再鬆d(食譜話發粉少許, 可能我落少左…?)
不過佢就覺得個皮脆所以我覺得個餡乾? 我又真係冇跟足食譜, 食譜話牛油同糖打至白色, 我就照平時整撻皮咁略搓勻就用, 等佢脆d, 不過專員話椰撻個皮係唔脆個喎

    [版主回覆06/04/2009 00:55:00]我又驚打得太起會唔鬆 好似開頭整MUFFIN咁, 原來唔可以打太多, 拌勻就得 直至有次係咁2用打蛋器打幾野撈埋晒所有材料就焗又成功喎… 搞到我成日搞唔清楚幾時要打幾時唔可以打… 有冇咩準則方便記呢?

  10. 我見用好多發粉,我又得閒去攞無鋁泡打粉, 都係唔做住.應該係內部唔乾先好食 .
