今日腩腩好似大左, PATPAT好似細左 29.5(+0.5), 34(-0.5) 會唔會係小褲褲既問題呢~?
早餐:五青汁、超群麥方包x2
小食:嘉頓麥方包
運動:急行公園4圈約1小時
午餐:嘉頓麥方包、橙、西柚
小食:蕃茄治半份(學生整完請我食XD)
小食:返到黎又肚餓食左嘉頓麥方包x2
運動:yoga>1hr
晚餐:
聽日就係喇~~不過好似都冇咩進展XD同買衫O個日都差唔多...^^" 放假食得太多野喇~:P
