同同事傾yoga同減肥

上星期又有個miss話我瘦左好多問我點減, 佢話自己暑假都輕左8磅不過點解唔係好覺咁既?我話我輕8磅o個時都唔覺XD 佢話佢學緊YOGA, 原來咁O岩大家都係工聯, 不過佢個MISS就好似好好多, 好多人都跟埋佢跨區上堂, 我呢個就...始終最不滿都係佢唔同學員一齊做, 同埋有D直腳有D曲腳佢又唔理, 都唔知邊個O岩...

其實呢個MISS平時都好鍾意打扮,我都奇怪點解佢唔減下肥,原來佢都有減,佢話暑假每個星期都有游水,不過食野方面就冇咩節制。見佢平時嗌飯同埋成日飲紙包飲品所以估佢冇減,佢話出面D餐飲最扎駛,我話所以我唔飲XD唔抵嘛~

    我反而做左HOT YOGA之後線條好左 , 但就一D都無輕過 , 而且我發現YOGA減唔到肚腩 , 我而家日日都O係屋企補30下SIT-UP減下我個肚腩仔!!

    YOGA減倒肚腩, 佢有D好似SITUP不過係HOLD住既動作可以減肚腩, 你試下做SITUP O個時唔好上上落落HOLD住你完全可以感受倒佢既功效...^^" 我上YOGA後肚腩同腰都有瘦到, 不過我其實好少做, 一星期上一次堂, 最多O係屋企做2, 3日, 所以其實覺得唔係好關事, 我又有注意飲食同帶氧運動 做YOGA唔會輕好正常呀, 佢只係修飾運動

    KOPPIE, 應該係2組唔同既動作黎, 慢慢黎~做O岩遲早見效^^ 坦坦蕩蕩: 睇黎佢做既都係帶氧運動喎~叫佢做返D增肌運動或者修飾運動啦~^^
