早餐:麥皮

午餐:脫脂奶麥皮

運動:急行公園4圈50mins

小食:橙、梳打餅、青紅蘿蔔湯

運動:打掃

晚餐:炸魚燒肉白菜煲、燒肉走肥、芋頭油鴨煲、海浙
