是日包包
依然係自己亂撞
焗包硬d, 幼條仲有d似餅乾, 不過我都o岩食, 好咬口夠飽肚XD
蒸包似樣d, 口感ok喎
焗包O係D酵母度加左少少蜜糖, 不過2種包食落都係冇咩味, 冇落其他調味
今次多左酵母菌, 第一次發酵過程中發得大好多, 咁硬可能同溫度時間有關?
同埋點解D饅頭個面咁令既…?
