叉燒奄列

靈感來自大蚊既米粉奄列~

入面既係由叉燒、洋蔥、糖、蠔油同生粉+水煮成既叉燒包餡~不過冇搓包~而係煎蛋包住, 不過包得好樣衰…亦煎得樣衰衰

唔講唔知…呢底已經係第二塊…第一塊同左隻壞壞地既易潔鑊…蛋皮完全痴住隻鑊= = 後尾換返黑金剛先起倒…

不過好好味~失敗o個度甚至仲滑~加埋少少叉燒餡~好夾:p

    嘉露 , ^皿^ 依家要整叉燒包就方便好多喇~放工擺晒D料入麵包機由佢搓同發酵, 我又可以走去整其他送~跟住包餡再發就可以焗~^0^ 不過仲未摸熟部機~ +2 , yeah~ 叉燒同蛋蛋真係好夾~^.^ 奄列係我唯一一樣o係家政堂學過而當年又有返屋企煮既野XD
