火焰雪山


冇紅桑子蓉, 又想清左d蛋白, 又想試下整火焰雪山, 結果用左現成既dreyes士多啤梨雪糕, 加消化餅底(太硬…下次用返蛋糕底), 放入小mousse 圈入面雪硬之後火槍甩模之後, 加馬令(蛋白糖霜--50g蛋白+30g糖打起), 用火燒一燒上色, 雪15分鐘加生果, 糖霜裝飾即成~ ^0^


《日嚐甜品》封面d馬令燒得好靚, 我唸係打得好, 有排練… ^^"

    我記得以前係餐廳食過一次,果次點完火等D火一熄就可以食,不過個雪糕就乜野裝飾都冇。

    食譜果d都唔知試過幾次先做到咁的效果
