無麵粉草莓芝士小蛋糕(附食譜)

早幾日見倒yycake既菠蘿芝士小蛋糕已經想整, 簡單好味, 不過屋企冇菠蘿, 但係有3盒士多啤梨, 於是改左少少, 整左草莓芝士小蛋糕~ ^^



 

原食譜係菠蘿面~yycake既☆鳯梨芝士蛋糕☆

食譜:(20小杯份)

CREAM CHEESE70g打軟+雲呢拿香油少許+檸汁半茶匙+蛋黃1個打勻

蛋白1個+檸汁半茶匙+少許鹽+糖30g打起, 分次加入芝士料中拌勻

170度焗8-10分鐘

+士多啤梨焗15-18分鐘(睇火)至金黃色即可~

 

食評:好味~好似乳酪飲品~酸酸甜甜好o岩我;不過專員唔食得酸:p 我幫佢食晒d士多啤梨XD 唔計酸呢個蛋糕幾好味, 好軟, 大個D會好D太細個~ ^^

 

塌晒之迷

有冇人有呢個疑問? 我見yycake o個個都係咁, 我仲特登壓一壓佢, 不過我唸唔需要, 應該所有冇麵粉既蛋糕都係咁, 同ugly cho原理一樣, 冇承託嘛

    另外仲買左盒酸到喊既桑子@@ 仲有好多豬腰芒, 又可以整下甜品 ^^

    等我星期日試下整先…有你既鼓勵,我都有些動力去試整。我想問你焗的時候係咪放中間嗰架焗呀?同焗幾多度呢?

    其實我唔太鐘意食澱粉質,就算做餅我都好小諗要做麵包,有諗過學整麵包,但係只係想學識佢,不過應該唔會主力整麵包食。

    我想問個蛋糕既口感係點架?係滑身?似海棉蛋糕?因為依個我都係落左芒果衰左,又濕,啲芝士蛋糕又鞋身一粒粒
    [版主回覆03/23/2008 01:27:00]軟棉棉, 有D似一陣風~因為冇麵粉, 冇海綿蛋糕咁實在, 有D似日式芝士蛋糕, 不過因為冇粉所以更輕更虛
    芒果可能要焗乾D先, 菠蘿同士多啤梨就要印乾

    更輕更虛即係點呢?唔似日式芝士蛋糕質感又唔似海棉蛋糕,咁係好滑身的軟棉棉,定鞋身一粒粒的鞋感。
