榴槤慕絲蛋糕


ENCORE榴槤MOUSSE CAKE


不過今次好失敗…病到矇矇地, 唔記得今次焗5寸蛋糕底, 落左6寸份量既粉…= =40->60…好在加左MOUSSE食落都唔係太覺…


白朱調溫失敗…軟晒…= =


原本想整之前朱古力吉士忌廉蛋糕既造型架…完全整唔倒啦…


阿媽仲話: 呢個就係蛋糕喇…白sideside既… T^T


 



舊年又真係似樣好多…
