蛋白戚風

之前整過幾次蛋白蛋糕都覺un, 幾次都係只落粉蛋白同糖, 今次跟呢個食譜, 做法同戚風差唔多, 不過冇蛋黃, 只係3隻蛋白都整倒一個6寸蛋糕, 而且冇落發粉~ 一樣咁鬆軟好味~^0^



改左少少:(原食譜)


蛋白120g(約3隻)+糖35g打起(我冇用糖粉, 只係好似平時咁落砂糖, 冇落鹽, 落左幾滴檸檬汁)


低粉35g過篩, 少過平時整戚風


奶粉8g+水40g+油20g+香油幾滴叮20秒, 篩入低粉拌勻, 拌入蛋白~


175'C焗25分鐘, 出爐倒扣即可


早幾日睇左另一個blog, 依家都係用一個4寸戚風模中軸插o係一個6寸模中軸中倒扣, 好方便又唔怕lum。~^皿^~ 



側邊d窿窿係個漿太硬浪唔平
