藍莓夾心瑞士卷


本前仲雪緊, 未切, 唔知O唔OK?

焗完出爐後O係底鋪多張不黏布, 由佢攤凍, 乾左就會裂所以我冇撕走面頭張紙。

學港式麵包王既做法, 面搽一陣牛油忌廉(加左藍莓醬)之後o係中間橫切一刀, 捲起, 下面一層再搽牛油忌廉, 之後包住上層一齊捲~睇下有咩唔同先~

    AMY, 好少CREAM咋…薄~~~~~薄一層…已經打左幾十克牛油, 不過冇晒果jam加左2茶匙都唔知有冇^^"
