晚餐:金銀蛋浸豆苗
運動:Pilates 1hr, 急行20mins返屋企, stepper 30mins
今日好有衝勁~做左好多運動~~
呢排o係度唸, 如果我之後都係好似依家咁食下減下咁keep, 何不減多幾磅先呢~~應該都一樣呀~~

我近排都冇運動過 因為成日掛住打機 成日坐 肥死.. >.< 我而家玩緊墨香呀!
有呀~我都飲幾多水架~O係學校冇野做就飲茶飲水, 放工買左2支555ml打完波飲左一枝, 做埋pilates飲多半枝, 返到屋企再飲, 我唸今日4-5公升都有
meko: @0@我之前都有玩過呀o岩o岩出o個陣, 不過玩左2wk倒就冇玩, 冇之前玩亂咁有熱誠 其實我本身唔多打機, 打都係打pizza game, 玩左大半年亂, 玩到99lv都算係咁, 不過墨香玩左冇耐就見悶, 可能同亂差唔多, 你依家幾多lv呀?
