減肥日誌 ~ 20061122

114.4lbs / 52kg, 17.1% fat

早餐+小食:花生醬麥多士x1、橙

運動:急行公園3圈45mins

午餐+小食:麥皮通粉、脫脂奶、西柚、五青汁

運動:yoga1hr(本來唸住做stepper, 不過膝頭唔多掂...我唸都係要再次同佢告別喇....)

晚餐:瑤柱蒸水蛋、蒜蓉蒸冬瓜<<<好唔夾...愈食愈難食...XC=======

    平日會清d, 有fd o係外國返左黎~~陪佢出街可能冇得咁清...有得清就盡量清d~減多幾磅先做返之前咁食下減下當keep
