香蕉榛子戚風卷


今次係用超Q潤戚風食譜整既~ 學Lyrico係鋪底加蕉片, 不過就焗左好耐都唔熟…原來竹簽篤左落d蕉度…
今次濕濕地, 唔知係咪d蕉定多水既關係?
黎到round 7, 我同男友都覺得應該要停一停, 轉轉款喇^^" 暫別卷蛋喇~

入面既榛子忌廉今次加多左好多榛子醬, 我自己覺得好好味呀, 不過d蕉味太搶…其他人都食唔倒:p 原來榛子醬就咁回左溫之後拌入打起忌廉就得, 唔駛先溝未打既忌廉架~ 上次專員話稀又唔甜冇咩味, 今次用左甜忌廉, 實淨d同甜甜地

捲左咁多條仲係唔係咁識卷…唔實好易散…

    still looks very gd ga la, I can see from the 3rd pic that the swiss roll is very soft ar....nice!!!

    [版主回覆04/12/2009 11:30:00]係呀, 可以咁轉, 或者開左水先又得, 綠茶就要開左水先, 用返食譜入面既水份, 同油撈勻左先, 唔係蛋糕會有點點綠色, 咖啡好似冇所謂
