芝士海綿蛋糕


舊芝士原本打算整NY CHEESE CAKE, 點知見倒煙鴨胸伴車厘子汁整左呢個好吸引喎~又用少D芝士~我又試下~


好耐冇用過分蛋法整海綿蛋糕


今次效果同比平時既海綿蛋糕濕, 亦冇煙鴨胸整得咁綿密…


入爐一陣見甩底模底滴緊粉漿@口@喇喇臨加個錫紙兜兜底; 用170'C焗40分鐘, 期間上左色於是加左錫紙蓋面


食譜: 芝士海綿蛋糕


專員食評: 好好味呀~ 有D似日式芝士蛋糕, 不過冇咁重芝士味, 我覺得呢個好食D喎~


o係好飽之下食左4/10個


唔知點解今日專員咩都話好食^^"其實我覺得呢2款蛋糕都整得麻麻, 一個實左D, 一個濕左D。其實呢個唔係唔好食, 不過同我預期有分別, 我以為會乾少少同綿D。而且2個都太甜


*o岩o岩睇返個譜…原來我唔記得落奶呀…*0* 又漏野…=0=|||

  6. 我一出爐放涼戈時個cake就x哂落去la..>< 點解會咁ge? 我d蛋白已經打至企哂身ga la wo>< 用膠刀"不"出黎d蛋白都係一舊舊咁ga la wo>< fold完入爐都冇問題..出黎都冇問題..漲卜卜.. 但係放涼戈時x哂落去..點解會咁ga?><
