why the texture of the cookies i made are just like a stone? also, it seems that it's not yet baked in the inside...but the surface is already "lone" jor...why?
which one is the easiet to succeed? also, wanna bake a cake for my friend...whose bday is coming soon..wanna give her a surprise^^any healthy cake recipe do you recommend? coz we both like to eat but wanna stay slim XD

ReplyDeletesharon, 唔知你想要邊種口感既曲奇, 我幾鍾意呢種, 同埋之前mrs field's 合桃味o個隻; 至於蛋糕, 想keep fit...我會用light既cream cheese同代糖, 蛋糕好難唔肥, 最多海綿蛋糕唔落牛油, 冇咁軟熟不過都可接受, 不過mousse, cheese定cream都一樣有cream, 都係肥… 或者好似美心o個隻蛋白蛋糕, 見佢冇咩cream, 得d生果, 你搵下美心d相睇睇
